Preorders and payment
Life Is A Project™ shirts are preorders. Payment is collected in full when you order. The current release ships by December 1, 2026. This is a dispatch deadline, not a delivery date. Christmas arrival is not guaranteed.
Shipping charges and destinations
Shipping is charged separately and shown before payment. Available destinations and rates are determined at checkout. Orders cannot be placed for destinations without an available shipping method. Prices may be displayed in your local currency. Shipping costs increase with additional items; contact us before placing orders of more than ten shirts.
Delivery and tracking
Delivery time depends on your destination, carrier, and customs processing. We will send a shipment confirmation and tracking information when available after dispatch. We do not promise a delivery window until fulfillment and the shipping service are confirmed. Items may ship separately; any additional charge requires your agreement before payment.
Delays
If we cannot ship by the promised date, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. If you do not agree to a delay where your consent is required, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order in accordance with applicable law.
International orders
Import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance charges may be payable on delivery unless checkout expressly states they are included. These are separate from our shipping charge. Customs processing can delay delivery. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your shipping address before payment. Contact support@neverinlack.com promptly for corrections; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If an order is missing, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. We do not automatically deny a claim solely because carrier tracking says delivered.
